Refund policy
Aren't thrilled about your order? Bummer!
We want to make it right! We gladly accept returns within 30 days for store credit or refund. If we receive the return after 30 days of original purchase, we will issue in store credit.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you choose store credit, we waive the fee. You will receive your refund within five business days of the item’s safe arrival at Shop Fiona Grace headquarters.
Items are eligible for a return as long as they are in their original condition. Items that are heavily worn, or tangled are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Clearance items are always final sale.

Missing Items Policy
We take great care in packing every order and double-check all items before shipment. If something appears to be missing from your package, please follow the steps below:
What to Do If You Believe an Item Is Missing:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery using the email associated with your order.

Include your order number, a description of the missing item, and a photo of the packaging (including the outer box/envelope and contents).
Our Policy:
If an item is confirmed to be missing, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional charge.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds for missing items. Replacement is our standard policy to ensure you receive your complete order.
We reserve the right to investigate repeated claims of missing items and may restrict future orders from accounts with a history of suspicious activity.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and made sure it is in re-sellable condition, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shopfionagrace@gmail.com.
